(1) Yacht marina
The yacht marina crafted by Hengqiao Marine Engineering is a masterpiece of high-end quality and avant-garde design. The structural framework is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel or 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. Hot-dip galvanized steel boasts high structural strength, capable of withstanding frequent docking of large yachts, offering exceptional stability and ideal for heavily trafficked yachting areas. The floating body of the marina utilizes durable and eco-friendly high-density polyethylene (HDPE) buoyancy tanks embedded with EPS foam. This not only provides substantial buoyancy, easily supporting the weight of yachts, but also boasts superior impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and UV protection. Panel options include plastic-wood, anti-corrosion solid wood, and merbau hardwood. The plastic-wood panels are synthesized using professional WPC technology, offering waterproofing, moisture resistance, insect and ant resistance, and a non-slip surface to ensure safe walking in wet environments. The anti-corrosion solid wood panels undergo ACQ treatment, preserving the natural texture and comfortable feel of the wood. In 2017, Hengqiao Marine Engineering undertook a yacht marina project in Guangzhou. The main structure is welded using a heavy-duty Q235 hot-dip galvanized steel frame, ensuring solidity and stability. The panels are made of solid, durable, and aesthetically pleasing plastic wood, and the black one-piece HDPE buoyancy tanks are filled with EPS foam. They are paired with light yellow rubber fenders and 316 stainless steel bollard stress members, as well as other fixing and connecting accessories. The completed marina covers an area of 20㎡, providing local yacht enthusiasts with a high-quality berthing and leisure space.
(II) Loong Boat Race Wharf
The Loong Boat racing dock emphasizes stability and functionality. Hengqiao Marine Engineering adopts a one-time cast-in-place molding process using high-strength special formula concrete, filled with high-strength polystyrene foam, resulting in a smooth dock surface with characteristics of high buoyancy, good stability, and strong wave resistance. Whether it's intense Loong Boat racing or daily rowing training, it can provide a solid and reliable platform for athletes. This type of dock has a long service life, is maintenance-free, and can withstand the test of long-term high-intensity use and harsh natural environments.
For example, Hengqiao Marine Engineering has built a racing rowing dock for Zhejiang Sports School. The berth is 40 meters long and 4 meters wide, with a 10-meter-long and 3-meter-wide approach bridge. It is equipped with 10 Loong Boat water berths. After completion, it successfully accommodates training and competition activities for water sports such as rowing, sailing, kayaking, Loong Boat, and paddleboarding, providing a good training space for the students. With a service life of at least 15 years and almost no maintenance and repair costs, it has been highly recognized by the school.
